Any Domestic Help ("Company") may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page
periodically to review the Terms of Use, because they are binding on you.
The terms "You" and "User" refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing the website for any reason.
This document is published per rule 3(1) of the Information Technology Act (intermediary guidelines) rule 2011,
requiring publishing of rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for www.anydomestichelp.com.
The site only acts as an intermediary between employer and employee.
- Before selection by the employer, it is the sole responsibility of the employee to check the employer’s background, documents, and references.
- anydomestichelp.com is not responsible for any misdeed committed by the employer, their family, relations, friends, acquaintances, etc. in any manner.
- anydomestichelp.com will not be responsible for any disputes that may arise between the employee and employer.
- Any loss, damage, or misdeed committed by the employee will attract suitable legal action by the employer.
- Any advance payment or monetary transaction with the employer is at the employee’s risk.
- Employees will get two paid holidays per month. The employer and employee can decide when these holidays are taken.
- anydomestichelp.com is not responsible for matters such as Annual Leave, Monthly Leave, Employee Replacement, Medical, Work Timings, Type of Job, Salary, Increment, and other issues. All these must be settled between employer and employee.
- anydomestichelp.com is not responsible for any negligence of the employer.
- By this agreement, the employee has read, understood, and agrees to all terms and conditions.
- All documents submitted by the employee to the employer are true to the best of the employee’s knowledge.
- Employees applying for jobs should be above 18 years old.
- Any disputes will be settled in the courts at Mumbai.

- Police verification of the employee is the employer’s responsibility.
- anydomestichelp.com will not be responsible for any disputes between employer and employee.
- Any advance payment or monetary transaction with employees is at the employer’s risk.
- Employees should receive two paid holidays per month. The employer and employee may decide when these are taken.
- anydomestichelp.com is not responsible for issues such as Annual Leave, Medical, Work Timings, Type of Job, Salary, Salary Increment, and other matters. These must be settled between employer and employee.
- anydomestichelp.com does not authenticate any documents provided to the employer by the employee.
- anydomestichelp.com will not be responsible for any negligence of the employee.
- The employer will be solely responsible for any misdeed committed by them or their family, relations, friends, or any person known to the employer.
- anydomestichelp.com will charge one month's salary of the employee plus Service Tax. For drivers, Rupees Five Thousand plus service tax applies.
- Services are not renewable. No annual renewal charge is applicable; employee may continue working for any period.
- For employees recruited outside the country, two months' salary is charged.
- As an intermediary, anydomestichelp.com does not arrange employee travel documents.
- Three free replacements are offered within three months from hiring date. If the employee leaves after three months, a 20% discount is available on next registration.
- If the employee leaves after two months, the replacement period continues for only one month.
- No temporary replacement is offered if the employee goes on leave.
- During the trial, the employer must pay the employee for days worked—based on final salary. Trial cannot extend beyond two days.
- Employers are advised to keep valuables locked and not left lying around.
- If hiring a driver, anydomestichelp.com is not responsible for any mishap during trial or employment.
- No replacement if employee leaves due to non-payment of salary or is made to work more than 12 hours per day.
- By this agreement, you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions.
- For grievances, call 022-66661314 (10am–8pm).
- Our office also functions on Sundays (10am–6pm) for customer service.
- Any disputes will be settled in the courts at Mumbai.
